Andreas B. Wilhelm

After graduating from renowned Art Center College of Design in Switzerland in Industrial
Design, Andreas starts his own business on behalf of his first client WMF. Designing for
companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Henkel Cosmetics, Kodak, Kneipp, Viag Interkom or
Telefonica O2, he collects 16 years of professional experience before founding substance®
in 2005. He specializes in Brand Strategy, Corporate Identity, Corporate Design, Packaging
and Product Design.

Jeanette Renard

Jeanette works as a Senior Designer at substance® for more than five years. She collected
her first professional experiences in Hamburg, among others at the Trendbuero / Buero
Hamburg, before joining Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux in Cologne, lastly as a team leader,
for 6 years. At Interbrand, she has, apart from creating financial communications for
ThyssenKrupp and Dt. Telekom, been crucial in the corporate design of TUI, HLX und
Deutsche Leasing. Her focus lies in the development of Branding, Corporate Design and
Financial Communications. She has earned her degree in Essen and Amsterdam.

Dr. Peter Gunzenhauser

Peter gains strategic Know-how in his first years after business graduation from 1990
to 1996 as a projekt manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He then turns to
the creative business. For 4 years he will be in charge of Marketing, New Business and
Consultancy at KMS Team Munich. Afterwards, he joins MetaDesign AG in Berlin.
Since 2002, he advises clients on topics such as Corporate Communications, Investor
Relations and classical marketing. He graduated from business school in Frankfurt and
has earned his PhD in Berlin.
