Within a months-long process, substance® has brought the firm‘s strategic aspiration and a bold, competitive market positioning »to the point«. One major focus lied in distilling clear and transparent core competencies of the company in its competitive environment. Besides an overarching brand strategy, substance® devised a coherent brand architecture and visual appearance, foster- ing consistent experience of the FIDES brand for its affiliates in the fields of IT and law consultancy, as well.
The new Corporate Design was implemented and launched across all media, including external and internal communications for employees and clients. With a clearly structured literature concept, FIDES now informs their mandates both theme- and target group-specific.
